Which states have an RV lemon law?
Some states cover the whole motor home, some only the chassis and engine, some none. "Partly" usually means the drivetrain is covered but the living area is not.

The limits
Where RVs are covered, the repair and day counts usually match the state's car rules. A towable trailer with no engine is outside most state lemon laws.
RVs spend long stretches at the dealer waiting for parts. Write down the drop-off and pick-up date on every visit. The repair log counts the days.
The warranty route
An RV usually has two warranties: one for the chassis and one for the house built on it. The federal law lets an owner who wins recover "court costs and reasonable attorneys' fees", the FTC says. Read the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act page. Often not under state law. The appliances carry their own maker warranties, and the federal warranty law covers those. Not because you changed your mind. A defect the maker cannot fix under the warranty is a different matter, under state or federal law. Often two makers: the chassis maker and the RV builder.
