What we collect

When you send the case review form we collect your first name, phone number, state, car and the problem you describe. When you call, our phone system records the number you called from and the time.

We count page visits, tool use and taps on the call button. Two small cookies remember which layout you saw and your state.

Who receives it

We pass your request to a lemon law attorney or law office licensed in your state so they can call or text you about your car. Partner categories: lemon law and consumer protection law firms, and the call and lead-routing services that connect you with them.

Pasted invoices

The invoice reader on the repair log page sends the text you paste to an AI model to count your visits. We analyze it with AI once and do not keep the text. Leave out your name, address and VIN.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Passing your request to a law office for a fee can count as a sale or share of personal information under some state laws. To opt out, or to have your details deleted, email contact@lemon-law-lawyer.com with the phone number you used. We act on it and confirm by email.
